Keep the office running — specimen intake logs, equipment calibration, supply orders, quality-control documentation, and compliance binders.

About the role

The operational backbone of our office. You will own our logs, QC, and small-equipment upkeep so that clinicians can focus on patients.

Requirements

Associate degree in Medical Office Tech or equivalent experience
Basic lab equipment familiarity (centrifuge, fridge/freezer temp logs)
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Clean background + drug screen

Nice to have

CLIA / OSHA compliance background
Inventory-management experience
