ADEYSONS HEALTH LLC is now fully focused on the clinical services Houston relies on us for: certified mobile and in-office phlebotomy, HIPAA-compliant medical courier, CLIA-waived onsite testing, and urine & specimen collection.

Blood draws are performed by certified phlebotomy professionals at your home, workplace, facility, or our Houston center, and every specimen travels under documented chain of custody — temperature-controlled — to the laboratory your physician designates.

Community Health Worker coaching and insurance navigation remain available as an additional support service.

A reminder on our standing clinical policy: a physical physician's (or authorized provider's) order is required for every blood draw, urine test, and CLIA-waived onsite test we perform.

You can upload your order as a PDF or photo when you book online, or bring the paper order with you to your appointment. Our team verifies the order before any collection begins, and your specimens are delivered only to the laboratory your provider designates.

In-office blood draws and CLIA-waived onsite testing are performed here — walk-ins are welcome and appointments are preferred. Bring a photo ID and your physician's order. Mobile draws across Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Brazoria counties can be booked online.

ADEYSONS HEALTH LLC holds an active CMS CLIA Certificate of Waiver #45D2344227 (effective May 19, 2026 · renews May 18, 2028) for its Houston facility.

Under this certificate we perform waived, point-of-care tests onsite with results in minutes, including: blood glucose, HbA1c, cholesterol/lipid panel, hemoglobin/hematocrit, urinalysis (dipstick), urine pregnancy (hCG), rapid strep A, rapid influenza A/B, rapid COVID-19/RSV, mono, fecal occult blood, and PT/INR.

All testing requires a physician's order. Non-waived specimens are transported to your provider's designated certified laboratory. You can verify our certificate any time at adeysonshealth.com/verify.

ADEYSONS HEALTH collects urine, saliva, and swab specimens with complete chain-of-custody documentation from collection through delivery.

Urinalysis (10-parameter dipstick) and urine pregnancy (hCG) testing are performed onsite under our CLIA Certificate of Waiver, with results in minutes. All other specimens are packaged, temperature-controlled, and couriered to the laboratory named on your physician's order.

A physical physician's order is required for every collection and test.
