Adedeji A. Adeyanju
Laboratory Director of ADEYSONS HEALTH LLC, holding the active CMS CLIA Certificate of Waiver (#45D2344227) for the facility. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) with clinical experience across Texas medical systems. Also serves as our HIPAA Privacy & Security Officer and OSHA / Bloodborne-Pathogen Compliance Lead. As a Texas DSHS Certified Community Health Worker (certification in progress), Adedeji also provides culturally-informed health navigation and education for Houston's Yoruba and Nigerian immigrant community.
