We work with most major insurance carriers — BCBS of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and Texas Medicaid — plus self-pay and facility direct-bill. Coverage and patient responsibility are verified before service; if we are out-of-network for your plan, we provide an itemized superbill for reimbursement.

We combine hands-on Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) expertise, an active CLIA Certificate of Waiver, and a HIPAA-compliant courier fleet. We don't just draw blood — we manage collection, onsite testing, and chain-of-custody delivery to your physician's designated laboratory.
Physician Order Required. A physical order from a licensed physician is required for all blood draws, diagnostic tests, and specimen collections. Bring your provider's order or upload it at booking — we collect, test where authorized, and deliver everything else to the laboratory your physician designates.
