Here's everything you need to know before your visit — whether you're coming to us for a Community Health Worker consult, mobile phlebotomy, or on-site testing. English & Yorùbá support available. Our team is always here to answer questions.
Before Your Visit
- Bring a government-issued ID.
- Bring your signed lab order or prescription.
- Drink water unless your provider instructs fasting.
- Wear a short-sleeve or loose-sleeve top.
What to Expect
- Most visits take 10–20 minutes.
- A certified phlebotomist will perform the draw.
- Your specimen is labeled and packaged securely.
- It is couriered to a certified laboratory.
Privacy & Data
We handle your personal information with HIPAA-aware practices. Access is role-restricted and audit-logged. We never share your data beyond the certified laboratory and your provider.

ADEYSONS HEALTH does not perform diagnostic testing, analysis, or provide results. Your laboratory results are available only through your ordering healthcare provider.
