Fully Certified Houston Operations
ADEYSONS HEALTH LLC operates in full compliance with HIPAA (Privacy & Security Rules), OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard (29 CFR §1910.1030), Texas DSHS facility registration, and holds an active CMS CLIA Certificate (Lab #45D2344227). All staff complete annual compliance training, and every specimen we handle is documented through an audited chain-of-custody record.
HIPAA Privacy & Security
We handle Protected Health Information (PHI) per the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Access is role-restricted and logged. All electronic PHI uses encrypted transport (TLS) and encrypted at-rest storage. Staff sign confidentiality agreements and receive HIPAA training on hire and annually.
Data Security
Patient and clinical data is stored on secured infrastructure with role-based access control. We never sell, trade, or share personal data for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Request page for more.
Chain of Custody
Every specimen we collect is labeled, logged, and transported under digital chain-of-custody. Each hand-off between phlebotomist, courier, and laboratory is timestamped and auditable. Temperature-sensitive specimens are transported in validated cold-chain containers.
Texas DSHS & CLIA
ADEYSONS HEALTH operations meet Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) requirements for specimen collection facilities, and our laboratory partners hold current CLIA certification. Documentation is available on request to verified clinical partners.
Provider Identification & Billing
Clinical services at ADEYSONS HEALTH LLC are delivered by individually-credentialed licensed providers, each identified by their own National Provider Identifier (NPI):
Each service line is billed under the rendering provider's individual NPI and tax identification, in accordance with CMS provider-enrollment rules, 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b (federal anti-kickback / no fee-splitting), Texas Occupations Code Ch. 157 (Prescriptive Authority Agreements), and HIPAA Organized Health Care Arrangement (OHCA) standards. Patients receive distinct statements for laboratory/courier services and psychiatric services.
