1. Services
ADEYSONS HEALTH LLC (formerly known as "ADEYSONS LLC"; "we", "us") provides phlebotomy, specimen collection, and medical/pharmaceutical courier services in the Houston metropolitan area.
2. Bookings & Cancellation
Appointments are confirmed once scheduled. Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a service-call fee. Mobile collections outside the Houston metro service area may require travel surcharges.
3. Payment
All prices are in USD and shown upfront on our Services and Booking pages. Payments are processed via PayPal or accepted at the time of collection. Outstanding balances may be referred for collection.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to provide accurate medical and contact information, present a valid lab order where required, and disclose any condition affecting safe specimen collection (bleeding disorders, allergies to latex/adhesive, etc.).
5. Limitations of Liability
We provide collection and transport services only. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for laboratory result interpretation, downstream care decisions, or losses arising from third-party laboratory operations.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
