A physical physician's order is required for every draw and test. Community Health Worker services are delivered by our Texas DSHS-certified CHW staff. Mobile Phlebotomy & Onsite Testing
Certified blood draws (home, office, facility, or our Bissonnet center), urine & specimen collection, and CLIA-waived rapid testing — glucose, HbA1c, lipid, urinalysis, hCG, strep, flu, COVID. Physician's order required.
In-Office Phlebotomy
Single venipuncture blood draw at our Houston center (9898 Bissonnet St). Walk-ins welcome, appointments preferred.
Mobile Home Collection
Phlebotomist travels to your home or workplace inside Houston metro (ZIP 770xx–775xx).
Pediatric Draw
Gentle, child-friendly draw with trained pediatric specialist. In-office only.
Specialty Specimen
Urine, saliva, swab, or other non-blood specimen collection with chain of custody.
Medical Courier
HIPAA-compliant, temperature-controlled specimen & document courier across the Greater Houston metro — STAT 1–2 hr, local, recurring routes, and after-hours.
Local Courier Pickup

Community Health Services
Chronic-disease coaching, Medicaid / insurance navigation, care coordination, maternal & child health support, mental health outreach, and community outreach — delivered by our Texas DSHS-certified CHW staff, culturally grounded for Houston's Yorùbá, Nigerian, and broader African-immigrant community. In English or Yorùbá, at home, on-site, or virtually.
DSHS-Certified CHW staff on our team — including a dedicated Mental Health Outreach Specialist. Peer education & navigation under Texas Health & Safety Code Ch. 146. Not licensed clinical care.
