Transport HIPAA-protected specimens with chain-of-custody documentation between collection sites and reference laboratories.
Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
Greet patients, manage intake paperwork, handle insurance verification, and keep our waiting area warm and efficient.
Medical Office Technician
Keep the office running — specimen intake logs, equipment calibration, supply orders, quality-control documentation, and compliance binders.
Billing & Insurance Specialist
Verify insurance eligibility, submit claims, post payments, and follow up on denials for medical specimen collection services.
