A reminder on our standing clinical policy: a physical physician's (or authorized provider's) order is required for every blood draw, urine test, and CLIA-waived onsite test we perform.

You can upload your order as a PDF or photo when you book online, or bring the paper order with you to your appointment. Our team verifies the order before any collection begins, and your specimens are delivered only to the laboratory your provider designates.

ADEYSONS HEALTH collects urine, saliva, and swab specimens with complete chain-of-custody documentation from collection through delivery.

Urinalysis (10-parameter dipstick) and urine pregnancy (hCG) testing are performed onsite under our CLIA Certificate of Waiver, with results in minutes. All other specimens are packaged, temperature-controlled, and couriered to the laboratory named on your physician's order.

A physical physician's order is required for every collection and test.
